Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes! In fact, we require appointments at our boutique. At LWD your elevated shopping experience starts with your one-on-one bridal stylist and private bridal suite reserved just for you and your loved ones.
Bridal appointments are allotted for an hour and a half. We offer a variety of upgraded appointments to take your YES moment to the next level with options to also increase your appointment time. Learn more.
How far in advance of my wedding should I shop for my wedding gown?
We recommend ordering your wedding dress anywhere from 12-15 months before your big day! This leaves ample time for your dress to come in, the completion of any alterations needed or customizations with our designers or a seamstress.
Don't be discouraged if you don't have this long of a timeline! Many of our designers we partner with can accommodate an expedited ship date that can be an added fee to your dress for it to be delivered faster.
We also have a specific selection of dresses, our Love at First Sight Collection, that are designed to go home with you the same day as your appointment.
Do you have options in my budget?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We require payment in full to order your dress.
We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, & Amex. No checks.
We advise you to set a price range you would like to stay within for your dress before your appointment. Our curated collection of couture wedding dresses ranges in price from $2800-$15,000+ with custom options that can succeed this price range.
Additional fees, shipping fees, expedited fees, tariffs, & taxes will be applied when pertinent. You may also leave a gratuity for your stylist.
What size are your gowns?
We don't believe in "one size fits all." The gowns at Little White Dress are in a wide variety of sizes, ranging from bridal size 6 to 28. We strongly believe that every bride should feel comfortable and have many beautiful options to try on when she's shopping for her wedding dress. Sample gowns (i.e. what you try on in-store) will rarely be a perfect fit, but our bridal stylists are experts at giving you a great idea of how the gown will fit when it's made in your own size.
Do you have a catalog of gowns?
Our current selection of gowns is shown at this link. Please note: this catalog does not include trunk show gowns, gowns currently on loan from designers, or our full selection of sample sale gowns. If you have your heart set on a certain gown from one of the designers we carry that is not shown here, please ask us! We may have it in store for a trunk show or the designer may be able to send a sample for you to try on.
How many guests can I bring with me to my appointment?
Our suites can comfortably seat 4 guests. We recommend bringing your closest, most trusted group of people who will love, support, & encourage you during this amazing celebration.
We offer a variety of upgraded appointments to take your YES moment to the next level as well as offering additional guests when you upgrade.
Although we love children & pets, they are not allowed in our boutique. Child safety is a priority and our boutique is not set up for children. All guests must be 12 years or older.
What should I wear or bring with me to my bridal appointment?
We ask that our brides wear appropriate undergarments when trying on wedding dresses. Think strapless bra, underwear in a light color, and any desired shape-wear.
We encourage brides to come with hair & makeup done to your liking to help you envision your entire bridal style.
Bringing heels around the same height as what you would like to wear on your big day will also help in the measuring process when you find THE dress.
We provide water, a champagne toast when you say yes to the dress, & offer a variety of upgraded appointments to take your YES moment to the next level.
We ask that you please refrain from bringing outside food or drink into the boutique.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
As a courtesy, we request that any appointment changes or cancellations be made at least 48 hours in advance of the appointment. To change or cancel your appointment, please call us at 303-814-8972 or reply to your confirmation text to cancel. Please note that appointment fees are non-refundable; however if you are rescheduling your appointment we are happy to apply your appointment fee to the rescheduled appointment.
Do you recommend a seamstress?
Alterations play a key factor in obtaining the perfect fit for your big day. We have compiled a list of seamstresses who have been recommended to us for our brides. If you have bought your wedding dress at LWD please call us at 303-814-8972 for more information.
What are trunk shows?
Trunk shows are events that we frequently host where we highlight a particular designer's collection. Trunk shows are a great opportunity to see and try on much more of a designer’s collection than what we normally have in the shop. Special gifts and discounts are often offered during trunk shows. Plus, the designers and their expert stylists sometimes attend trunk shows, which makes for an unforgettable experience as you find your wedding dress! See all of our upcoming events >
